The Karta Team includes CACI, SRA and IBM who have been positioned as Tier One partners as a result of their presence and success with TRADOC‘s Distributed Learning Initiatives as well as their industry leading DL and IT best practices. Karta has added a cadre of Tier II partners who bring together specific DL skills and technology that address the unique but equally important future vision for the Army’s training programs. As a Total Training Solution, the Karta team will optimize the requirements for “on the ground needs” of today’s Army, while laying the groundwork for a training vision that meets the needs of a highly mobile Army anytime, anywhere."
